What this is
The OADM Support Forum is run by Christoph Acs as part of OADM (Open AXIS Device Management), a free, non-commercial open source project. It is a place for users to help each other. Using it is free. There is no paid support and no right to an answer.
No warranty
OADM and this forum are provided "as is". Answers come from volunteers and other users and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check them before you use them, especially on production systems and devices: you apply them at your own risk. The forum may change, be unavailable or end at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from using the forum, from content posted by users, or from following advice given here. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or where the law does not allow a limitation.
Your posts
- You are responsible for what you post and attach. Post only what you are allowed to share.
- Do not post passwords, keys, licence files, or personal data of others. Remove them from logs and screenshots first.
- Posts are public. By posting, you allow us to show and store them on this forum. You can delete your own topics and replies at any time; deleting a topic also removes the replies to it. Posts you did not delete stay after you delete your account, then without your name.
Rules
- Be respectful. No insults, harassment or discrimination.
- No spam, advertising or off-topic posts. No illegal content and no content that infringes the rights of others.
- One account per person. Do not pretend to be someone else, including the OADM team.
We may edit, move, lock or remove posts and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without prior notice. You can report posts with the "Report" button.
Trademarks
OADM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Axis Communications AB. AXIS is a trademark of Axis AB.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Austrian law applies, without its conflict of laws rules; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence stays unaffected. Questions:contact@acs-dev.org.
